High Speed Gear Couplings (Forced oil lubricated):
These couplings consist of two gear hubs, two Gear Sleeves and centre shaft are made from alloy steel forgings.
Gear teeth in both hub and sleeve are nitrated.
Numbers of oil holes are provided in these couplings to avoid sludge formation (Anti-Sludge couplings) in the coupling due to continuous forced lubrication system.
All couplings are supplied in dynamically balanced condition.
